• Can I order a gift certificate?


Tough Luck Cowboy is happy to issue gift certificates in any amount you would like. They are nicely designed and come with an envelope. They are a nice gift by themselves, or are a great add on to something you have already found on the site.


• Sales Tax


Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Colorado. Colorado State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (not including shipping).

• How to place an order


Go through the site and pick out what you want. Add your items to your cart and when you are finished shopping, hit the “View Cart” button. Here you will be able to modify your cart. On this page you will be asked some information. Follow the instructions and you will be on your way. If you have any trouble, we will be available to help you during business hours: Mon-Sat 10-6 and Sun 12-5 MST.


• Returning Gifts


You may return your gift for exchange or store credit only. Call Tough Luck Cowboy at 303.440.4042 or email us at shari@toughluckcowboy.com.


• Canceling orders


If you request to cancel your order or items in your order, we will attempt to cancel these items if your request falls within one hour of placing your order (please note that all order cancellation requests must be made before 6pm MST). In order to make a cancellation request, please call 303.440.4042, as these requests must be made by phone. Please leave your order number and contact details if you are unable to reach someone directly. If you do leave a message, we can not guarantee the order will be cancelled immediately, and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.


• Shipping


Most purchases are shipped within 2-3 business days from the date ordered from Tough Luck Cowboy in Colorado, to arrive within five to seven business days after the order is received. For overnight or express delivery, please contact the store directly, so that we may expedite the order. If the order is to be shipped to a U.S. P.O. Box or a foreign country, please call the store. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on all foreign shipments.


• Return Policy


You can return the merchandise for an in-store credit or exchange within 10 days of shipping. After 30 days all sales are final. Please note: The merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. All special order items and sale items are final sales. • Methods of Payment


Tough Luck Cowboy accepts: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card. All funds must be in US Dollars.


• Store Location


Our store is located at 2050 Broadway in Downtown Boulder Colorado.


• Invoicing


You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the conclusion of the ordering process. All orders shipped from Tough Luck Cowboy will include a packing slip or invoice.


• Product Availability/Special orders


Some items in the Online store are custom items, and there is only one available. Special orders can be placed on some items through shari@toughluckcowboy.com.
